Tile Roof Repair
Our tile roof repair process begins by carefully removing the existing tiles, underlayment, and battens down to the bare roof sheathing. We then install a high-quality peel-and-stick Ice & Water Shield underlayment, which adheres directly to the sheathing for superior protection against leaks. Next, we install perforated roof battens designed to promote proper water drainage—unlike traditional cedar battens, which can trap moisture. Once the new system is in place, we reinstall the tiles and thoroughly clean up and dispose of all debris, leaving your roof better protected and looking great.
Flat Roof Coating
Our flat roof coating service rejuvenates weathered roofs, adds 10–15 years of life, and helps protect new roofs. We use Gaco 100% silicone-based, self-leveling roof sealant—available in Tan, Santa Fe Tan, and White—which acts like sunscreen by reflecting UV rays and preventing weather damage.

The process starts with removing debris and any stuck objects, followed by a thorough pressure wash to ensure a clean surface. After drying for 24 hours, we brush-apply sealant around parapet walls and pipe penetrations—what we call detailed work. Once dry, Gaco is applied to the entire surface, and all debris is cleared away.
Shingle Roof
Installation & Re-Roofing
In addition to other roofing services, we specialize in shingle roof installations and re-roofs. The process begins with removing the existing shingles and thoroughly pulling all old nails to ensure a clean surface. We then remove the outdated underlayment and replace it with a new, high-quality underlayment for improved protection. Finally, we install new shingles along with any necessary components such as pipe boots and roof vents, ensuring a durable and properly ventilated roofing system.
